EFC brings home 5th place medallions.

The Harvesters lost to Brookdale CC-NJ, 74-82 and brought home 5th place medallions. Congratulations to Coach Fletcher, Assistant Coaches Richardson and Martin, and to all the fine young men who represented Eastfield so well.

National Championship Runner-up

The Eastfield Basketbal team loses in National Championship game 61-55 to Brookdale Community College in New Jersey. The Harvesters advanced to the National Championship game by defeating Caldwell Tech 101-98 in the elite eight and then by defeating MassBay Community College 91-65 to advance to the National Championship game.

Love’s 3-pointer helps Harvesters win in overtime

Sophomore forward Mike Love hit a three-point shot with .9 seconds left in overtime to give the Harvesters the 101-99 overtime victory over Caldwell Community and Technical College of North Carolina. Read about it here.

Harvester Basketball Team wins Regional Championship

Congratulations Eastfield Harvester Basketball team, on winning the regional basketball championship with an 84-72 win over Mountainview last night. They will travel to New York in March for the NJCAA division III Elite Eight National Championship.

Forward – Odessa, Texas – Odessa Permian High School
In their lone game last week, the Harvesters and Maxie came up just short of knocking off Division I opponent Kilgore College (Texas). Maxie knocked down 8-of-17 shots from the field – including two 3-pointers – and added eight free throws for 26 points. The freshman also recorded six rebounds and two assists in the 77-72 loss.
