2013 Metro Athletic Conference (MAC) and NJCAA Region V championship

2013 volleyballCongratulations to VB Coach Caitlin Smith and the Lady Harvesters as they head to the NJCAA Division III National Tournament in Rochester, MN, November 14th-16th. The #3 seed Lady Harvesters defeated NLC last Friday and then defeated the #1 seed BHC on Saturday night bringing home the Metro Athletic Conference (MAC) and NJCAA Region V championship. This is the first MAC and NJCAA Championship for our Lady Harvester teams.

Congratulations to sophomore Kayley Walker!

Cynthia MartinKayley Walker signed a scholarship with College of the Ozarks to continue her playing career. Kayley received Second Team All-Conference recognition this year for the Metro Athletic Conference.

Congratulations to freshman Cynthia Martin!

Cynthia MartinCynthia Martin for being selected as an NJCAA DIII All American-Honorable Mention! Cynthia was also selected as First Team All-Conference as well as All-Region this season.  She is the volleyball programs fourth All-American in the past four years.  All American selections can be viewed on the NJCAA website

<!--p class="Headline"> Lady Harvesters finish their season as the NJCAA DIII, Region V runners-up!

The Lady Harvesters won their semifinal match on October 26th versus Cedar Valley College in three sets, 25-16, 25-13, 30-28. On October 27th the Lady Harvesters played in the Region V Championship match versus Brookhaven College where they lost a close four set match, 22-25, 25-23, 25-13, 25-15.

The Side-Out Foundation’s Dig Pink® National Breast Cancer Awareness Rally

This fall, thousands of teams from around the country will be participating in The Side-Out Foundation’s Dig Pink® National Breast Cancer Awareness Rally. Middle school, high school and college teams will promote breast health education in the community as well as raise funds to further research. This year the Eastfield College Volleyball team will hold their annual Breast Cancer Awareness Match on October 18th, 2012 at 7:00 PM versus Richland College. Lady Harvester selected to All-Tournament Team

Congratulations to sophomore outside hitter, Amanda Gibson, for being selected to the Vernon College All-Tournament Team on 9/1/2012 and freshman outside hitter, Cynthia Martin, for being selected to the North Central Texas College All-Tournament Team on 9/8/2012.

Lady Harvester Signs with DBU

Congratulations to sophomore Ashley Kay for signing with Dallas Baptist University! Ashley was awarded NJCAA First Team All-American honors both her freshman and sophomore season, she is the first Two-Time NJCAA All-American for the volleyball program

Lady Harvester Selected All American for Second Year

Congratulations to sophomore Ashley Kay for being selected as an NJCAA DIII First Team All American. Ashley is a two-time recipient of this award; she was also selected as a freshman. All American selections can be viewed on the NJCAA website.

Ashley Kay named NJCAA Player of the Week
